Maryanne Ross

Maryanne Ross is a trainer specializing in operations management. She has a passion for other topics: Leadership Development, Success Habits, Personal Empowerment, and Positive Thinking.

For twenty years, Maryanne has been an active member and volunteer for APICS, The Association for Operations Management She is now District Director for the APICS Mid Atlantic District for 2008-2010. Maryanne has developed and presented at Congress for Progress, APICS International Conferences, APICS Leadership Institutes, and at other local and international events.

Maryanne is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Development Course, and continues to volunteer as a Dale Carnegie Graduate Assistant. She is a trained facilitator of the Coveylink Speed of Trust Workshops. Maryanne has completed the Jack Canfield Breakthrough to Success programs. She is one of the hundred individuals worldwide who have been selected to work personally with Jack in his Train the Trainer Program. Maryanne is a member of the National Speakers Association.
In her spare time, Maryanne enjoys spending with her family and her three Dachshunds. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and bird watching. She is an avid reader of motivational materials, and enjoys doing motivational presentations for church, business and civic groups.

 Joni Holeman, CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP

Joni Holeman is President of Affirmation Training Inc. and a co-owner of Seeds4Success Inc., teaching operations and supply chain best practices along with human potential principles. Joni has over 25 years of planning, materials management, and manufacturing experience in businesses ranging from custom lighting (ETO), value engineering, electronics (MTO & ATO), and remanufacturing (MTS). Each point along her career path prepared her for the concepts she now instructs. Her passions include Pugs, training with a humorous twist, volunteering on church projects and promoting Strategic Planning as a life skill for grownups. Joni teaches the entire suites for all four Fundamentals, CPIM, CIRM, and CSCP programs.

An obsessive compulsive volunteer since 1991, Joni is a Past President of the DC Metro APICS Chapter and currently serves as their VP of Education. She was a member of Region IX’s staff for six years and is an author/presenter for the APICS Leadership Institute. An avid believer in Chapter development, she coaches nonprofits on how to successfully sell their invisible services.
