E0945 - Demand Planner / Manager (Central NJ) -  The Demand Planner / Manager is responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products. The Demand Planner creates and maintains forecast models for their customers, and product lines incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, and business management.  The Demand Planner / Manager is the integration point into the sales and commercial organization. This position leads the dialogue each month for their respective customers and products with key counterparts in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing

E0944 - Plant Manager (NE Philadelphia) - This plant serves an “A” list of Fortune 200 food processing customers in the northeastern United States.  The parent company is a leader and innovator in its industry – operating seven (7) plants in North America.  The Plant Manager should provide leadership, inspiration, training and accountability to all employees of a currently under-producing plant operating at 90% of capacity and is responsible for Production, Safety, Maintenance, Quality, Staffing and Employee Relations.  Requirements include a minimum of 15+ years’ experience in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment with Plant Management achievements, demonstrated achievement in leading day to day execution that impacts and satisfies customer expectations, and a bias for action that inspires a workforce to learn and strive to over-achieve versus expectations.

E0943 - Production Scheduler (Central NJ) -  The Production Scheduler position is for a global manufacturing endeavor to develop a detailed production plan that supports Customer Orders and/or Forecasts. The Scheduler is responsible for all activities involving Bulk Logistics, which is shipping/receiving of raw materials and finished goods, and inventory control, and production planning for their Plant and the supporting storage warehouses.  Specifically, they need experience in Supply Chain/Production Scheduling and using SAP MRP

E0942 - Sr Director Distribution (Central NJ)- The main objective for this position is to direct the physical distribution process of a highly mechanized, 250,000 sq. ft distribution center servicing major domestic retailers and international shipping points with full budgetary, staffing, production scheduling responsibilities.  The Director will manage overall operation of the Distribution Center with a staff of 150 regular employees and up to 175+ temporary staff.  The departments the director will oversee include: Receiving, Replenishment, RF Picking, Inventory Control, Process, Reverse Logistics, Maintenance, Shipping and Traffic departments.  The director will also ensure customer orders are picked within scheduled time, insure inventory accuracy of 99.2% or greater, ensure ISO program/procedures and Lean and Quality programs are enforced.

E0941 - Supply Chain Project Manager (Edison, NJ) -The Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation is looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager.  This position is responsible for the implementation of major strategic development projects and any other projects or initiatives as assigned. Specific responsibilities include schedule and budget development, staff management, resource estimation, risk mitigation, and tracking and management of internal/external communication, as appropriate.  

E0940 - Sr Analyst - Supply Chain Strategy (Ewing, NJ) - Church and Dwight's Supply Chain Planning team is looking for a driven and adaptable Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Strategy whose action-oriented mindset will foster continued growth throughout our leading brands.  In this highly visible role you will be responsible for promoting best practices, driving performance improvements, and developing capacity models/scenarios/recommendations. The individual will make business decisions that balance service levels, inventory, and logistics costs. The role is required to lead group and individual training sessions on business process and systems best practices. The individual will work cross functionally to successfully implement supply chain improvements in areas such as inventory management, capacity utilization, and planning process efficiency.


E0939 - Supply Chain Planner (Ewing, NJ) - Church and Dwight's Supply Chain Planning team is looking for a driven and adaptable Supply Chain Planner whose action-oriented mindset will foster continued growth throughout our leading brands.  The Planner manages inventory and order fill rates for the responsible brands using a variety of system-based tools and regular interaction with the producing locations and operations of the APO software system, maintains sourcing/network information, works closely with the Demand Planning team to meet customer promotions and turn volume, works closely with plants and external partners to understand capacity by location, line, and production variations in developing weekly plans, and is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving the inventory targets while sustaining order fill and case fill rates at our targeted level

E0938 - Associate Director, Senior Supply Network Planner (Central NJ) - The Director will lead the functional Biologics Network Planning to develop a feasible MPS (consensus with sites/CMOs, supply chain product leads and product planners) and driving compliance for assigned manufacturing sites, provide analytics that support on target service levels to balance supply and inventory levels at each node of the Global Supply Chain, escalate all major supply constraints to the respective forums for rapid resolution, and support Global Demand, Global Supply; Global Inventory and S&OP Business Owners to develop Supply Review; Product Review; Financial Reconciliation and Management Business Review forums.- 

E0937 - Manager, Supply Network Planner (Central NJ) - Under the general guidance of Head, Biologics Network Planning, the planner is accountable for development and ongoing effective and efficient execution of the following:  Accountable for developing and maintaining a valid supply network plan for assigned global manufacturing sites (internal and CMOs), Accountable for developing what-if supply scenarios and develop recommendations in response to actual or anticipated changes in demand or supply, and Accountable for developing what-if supply scenarios to continuously improve performance relating to both service levels and total costs thru continuous evaluation of supply, outsourcing strategies, product strategies and the positioning of inventory across the network.

E0936 - Materials Analyst (Ewing, NJ) -Church and Dwight's Global Purchasing team is looking for a driven and reliable Materials Analyst whose action-oriented mindset will foster continued growth throughout our leading brands.  In this highly visible role you will support strategic and tactical materials management functions for the corporation and act as a liaison among all business units impacted by materials management, including marketing, R&D, corporate planning, logistics, quality and the manufacturing plants. This person will also support the effort to standardize materials management across the enterprise.

E0935 - Warehouse Manager (Lakewood, NJ) - The Warehouse Manager will manage and oversee all warehouse operations at four Renaissance sites in Lakewood, NJ.  This is a hands-on role where you will not be managing from behind the desk. You will have 12 direct reports including 2 supervisors and primary responsibilities include managing expired inventory to maintain sufficient warehouse capacity to reduce company exposure for obsolescent inventory, coordinating physical inventory requests by clients / customers when requested, and managing receiving and shipping processes and performs new carrier selection functions in coordination with Account Management.

E0934 - Associate Director, Data Excellence, Supply Chain (New Brunswick, NJ) - This position is critical to shaping and managing supply chain data systems, processes and people strategy enabling best in class supply chain analytics and operational performance. The Associate Director is responsible for: managing and directing a Data Excellence team, developing and optimizing pertinent data processes, being an integral part of the Data Excellence Leadership team and fostering strong cross functional partnerships to achieve Data Excellence and Global Supply Chain objectives.

E0933 – Supply Chain Analyst (Pennington, NJ) – The analyst will review and maintain customer forecast on daily basis, prepare and update long term forecast for new products and prepare forecast variance report on weekly/monthly basis for a top 10 generic pharmaceutical company.  The analyst will also prepare documents for new products launches (HDA sheets, Assignment of GTIN, Product set up sheet etc.), report on slow moving or obsolete inventory, and coordinate and verify destruction certificate with 3PL

E0932 – Materials Analyst (Edison, NJ) - This is a "Project" position for PSEG designed to support project work for a limited duration. While the exact duration of the project is yet to be determined, we currently anticipate a period of 3-5 years based on business needs at the present time following which you will separate from the Company.  The Material Analyst is responsible for managing inventory to Demand and month on hand targets, managing assigned category of materials and perform analysis for forward looking material forecast, and working closely with asset management and electric and gas storerooms to establish the needs and ensure the material fulfillment.  The analyst will act as primary interface for between divisions and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of material and manage MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) output to find opportunities for avoided purchases.

E0931 - Forecaster (Central NJ) - This individual will build sell-in forecasts in FutureMaster for the complete Dior basic catalog and work in close relationship with sales and marketing to ensure forecast accuracy.  The forecaster will manage basic forecasts in Future Master for all basic sku’s through model management, parameter maintenance, and sell-in/sell-out analysis, work in close relation with sales team to ensure forecast consistency and understand anything that could impact sell in, and work in close relationship with marketing on novelty forecasts and basic animation.

E0930 - Purchasing Specialist (Central NJ) - This individual will assist in daily Purchasing tasks; interact directly with internal customers (Customer services, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Accounting).  The successful candidate will issue purchase orders and confirms supplier receipt and acceptance, follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries to meet business needs, monitor on overdue purchase orders, requisitions and open invoices, and provide timely feedback to internal customers on status of requisitions, purchase orders and scheduled deliveries

E0929 - Demand Planner / Forecaster (Central NJ) - The planner will build forecasts for FMCG in close relationship with sales and marketing to ensure forecast accuracy managing basic forecasts for all basic sku’s through model management, parameter maintenance, and sell-in/sell-out analysis ensuring all forecast deadlines are met by all teams. Also assure a balance of supply and demand for a portfolio of products based on an internal plant source and 3rd party suppliers and maintain holistic understanding of demand and supply dynamics affecting the assigned products market as business requires.


E0928 - Inventory Control Clerk (East Windsor, NJ) - This person will work in concert with the Inventory Control Department ensuring all Corporate Inventory Control requirements worldwide are met and reported in a timely manner. Monitoring the accuracy of all inventory levels utilizing the cycle count program / spot audits, and resolves all errors as required. Additionally, they maintain inventory control records, identify problems, and provide solutions to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy.  Will be responsible for maintaining an Inventory Control daily cycle count program to include hands on cycle counting.
The Inventory Control position is also responsible for maintenance controls, policies, standard procedures and systems to achieve accurate financial inventory information.


E0927 - SENIOR MANAGER, GLOBAL STRATEGIC SOURCING –ELECTRONICS/ELECTRO-MECHANICAL (Princeton, NJ) -  The candidate should possess several years’ progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and/or food a plus.  Strong strategic category and sourcing experience in direct materials management in any of the following areas such as medical device, electronics, electro-mechanical, PCBA, LCD/Displays, finished/semi-finished assemblies, Electronic Components, Power management (PSU, PMU, & Batteries), and motors is desired.  The manager must drive proactive procurement involvement in the Innovation planning processes with R&D, Commercial, Engineering/manufacturing to ensure that the complete development of strategies for both the near and long term.

E0925 - Material Resource Planning Controller (Cranbury, NJ) - This position is a direct hire opportunity to work with a world leader in photonics and laser-based equipment, Modis Engineering.  For this position you will be scheduling, releasing and expediting purchase/production orders for requirements driven by make-to-order and make-to-stock sales/service/spare parts requirements using the SAP business system.  You will maintain timely and accurate product master data utilizing business system.  You will also be responsible for training others in all aspects of MRP activities.

 E0924 - Sr Director Direct Materials Procurement (Melville, NY) - This position will be the procurement lead for raw materials - reporting to CPO / Head of Procurement - for a multi-billion dollar consumer health care company.  The successful candidate will supervise a team of directors, managers, and analysts and will manage strategic procurement activities of all raw materials (domestically and globally).  The postion will be focused on setting strategy, driving implementation, supply assurance, innovation/ New Product Development, etc.  The individual will work closely with Procurement Head, engineering/operations, New Product Launch, marketing, etc. to develop and manage strong supplier relationships, cost management strategies and value with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership.  The director will also lead procurement upgrades, change management and innovation projects.
